Service Description
1. Personal Training Sessions for general conditioning and health. Popular with the ladies and non-sport-oriented individuals who want to be in-shape. 2. Athletic Conditioning Sessions for young male or female athletes who are interested in achieving the maximum potential. Recommended for those individuals who want to play in High School and at the college level. Sessions are more intense and demanding. Clients have the option of 1 to 3 sessions a week
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule private appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice, unless there is a family/medical emergency. For Group lessons please give us 2 hours notice.
